Setting the time and date
In Time mode:
- Press "Reset" for 3 seconds, the seconds start flashing
- Change the number of seconds using the "Start/Stop" button
- Press "Mode" to switch to setting the hours
- Change the number of hours using the "Start/Stop" button
- Press "Mode" again and the minutes start flashing
- Change the number of minutes using the "Start/Stop" button
Follow the same procedure to change the date: day, month, year.

Activating/deactivating the alarm and/or the hourly beep
To activate/deactivate, you must select an alarm from 1-5 (EL button):
- Once you have selected an alarm, press "Start/Stop" to activate/deactivate.
- Alarm is not selected (the display reads ":00") you can activate or deactivate the hourly beep. This function is activated using the Start/Stop button. A symbol with a ray of half rings (alarm) appears under the bell
Once the hourly beep function is activated, there will be a beep every hour.
The counter from 0 to 59 is for the minutes. It is set to 00 by default, which means that the hourly beep will ring exactly on the hour.
If you set the counter to 5, the hourly beep will ring every hour at 5 minutes past the hour.

Setting the alarm
- Press "Mode" to access alarm mode ("AL"). 5 alarms can be programmed. The "EL" button allows you to move from alarm 1 to 5.
- Press "Reset" to make the hours start flashing and "Start/Stop" to change the number
- Press "Mode" to make the minutes start flashing and "Start/Stop" to change the number.
- Press "Reset" to finish changing the settings
Press "Mode" to leave the alarm mode

Using the stopwatch
- Select the stopwatch: "SP" using the "Mode" button
- Press the "Start/Stop" button to start/stop the stopwatch
- Press "Reset" to put the stopwatch back to zero

Using the countdown
- Select "Lap Counter": "TR"
- Press the "Reset" button, the hours start flashing
- Change the number of minutes using the "Start/Stop" button
- Press the "Mode" button to set the number of minutes, confirm by pressing "Reset". (Perform the same procedure to set the seconds)
- Press the "Start/Stop" button to activate/deactivate countdown.

Use in water
This watch is water resistant to 5 ATM. It can be used in pools at surface level. It should not be used for diving and underwater swimming at the bottom of the pool.
In addition, (like most watches) water resistance is not guaranteed if buttons are pushed while the watch is underwater.
